hi guys i am a pretty low stat applicant applying this cycle so here goes:

- 3.4 cgpa, 3.1 sgpa, 505 mcat but retaking in june

- 1000+ clinical hours as a internal med MA and GI MA

- volunteered at a neurology office and hospice care

- non clinical volunteering as a tutor in a low income community, food bank, mentor at my dance school

- others: AP/IB chem tutor, TA for a bio course, did an internship in india where i shadowed doctors + volunteered and won an essay comp about it

- 50-60 hrs of shadowing

- 500+ hours of research in 2 labs, 2 poster presentations

do i have a shot at DO?? pls i just wanna be a doctor 😭 i fcked up my gpa freshman yr but i have a strong upward trend. LMKK
