I'm a MSW student in a Three-Year Low-Residency program. My Financial Aid office is reporting my program length to the Department Education as a 2 year program length stating that's the "standard" MSW length. My school catalog has the school of social work offering a Three-Year Low-Residency MSW and lists the 3 year curriculum sequence.

Under RISE/OBBBA federal rules I've hit my "published program length" and lose my legacy/grandfathered status.

My FA officer continues to push for private loans for my final year. She declined my request to correct the program length.

Any advice?
