Anybody figure out what this table does? If I have a rainbow droid on me it says test your luck 4% to upgrade even though it's maxed out and when I hit upgrade dialogue option nothing happens. If I equip a droid that isn't maxed out no dialogue proceeds when I go talk to this droid. No idea what this does.

Having a ton of fun in this mode. Upon reaching higher rebirths 8+ then it's definitely kind of a waiting game for good blueprints. Accumulating upgrade tokens could be faster. Did see this to buy a bit ago for 428m though 👀
