Hello guys,

I was hoping to get some help or guidance on starting as a freelancer and then moving onto making it a business with real clients. The service I offer is that I help small businesses sort out messy spreadsheets and organise their data as well a optimise workflows. But I was just wondering from a business owner point of view does qualification matter more or does evidence of what you have done? And also I would like to know is the service I offer is enough or should I be giving more than that?
