For the first time in my life I like how I look in the mirror (34)
I’ve always struggled with my body and my weight, and it really hit a tipping point over the last few years. I remember looking at the scale and seeing 265, and feeling completely hopeless, like I had totally lost control of myself and if I didn’t hit the breaks now I would spiral out of control. It took a long time but I finally see myself how I always imagined, and I see old pictures of myself and can’t believe I let it get that far. Remember to be kind to yourself, life has a crazy way of sneaking the pounds on you without noticing!
