As the title asks - is it weird for a man in his mid twenties to regularly kiss his father on the lips as a form of affection?

I work in an environment where we are all extremely close with each other, so everyone is constantly joking with each other and teasing each other - but it is done with love. It recently came to light that a guy we like frequently kisses his father on the lips as a sign of affection.

I’m not necessarily here to judge him for it, in my mind it’s just weird because it’s a cultural difference. But the reason I’m after opinions on this, is because he tried to snap back at us and make it seem like this is a normal thing. Not a single person in our workplace aside from him kisses their fathers on their lips.

I guess someone witnessed it. Dad saw him in public in a very busy place. They hugged, embraced, and then both pulled their heads back so they were face to face, and went in for a lip kiss.

So help me settle this debate. Weird, or normal?

How many times tonight did we see Ferree come way off his line just to get caught way out of goal with no one to bail him out?

We dodged three bullets: a foul against him, a wide open miss after he got beat, and an offside.

I don’t think I’ve ever seen a keeper get beat way off his line this much in a single game. I understand he is young, and he shows a lot of great attributes in other areas of the game, but I don’t think he is a complete player yet. I wish we had some better options in the net because the goalkeeper situation is not doing us any favors on top of all the other struggles we’re going through.
