Is this normal the on yt? I was getting a guaranteed 500 - 2k views on shorts and now, not, same hashtags and everything

Happened with my videos too, when I started uploading properly I was getting at least 50 to 300ish views per (most) videos and... poof not anymore, much more scattered

Just wondering if anyone else has faced something similar, if it's just how yt is
