[Niri] New Distribution Update - cynageOS
I have been working a little bit more from the scratch to fix lagg issues and const while learning.
Written mostly in rust with gtk4, it is not complete but i just wanted to share some progress.
There are still a lot more to do like the wallpaper manager, the settings application, new ISO, etc
