Got prompt to replace an augment TWICE.

I selected:
"Augment of a higher tier",
"Augment of a higher tier"
"Fan The Hammer" after picking an augment it wanted me to pick an augment to replace ANOTHER augment.
Round started; didn't pick a replacement, it picked Fan the Hammer for me.

Didn't get a replacement augment.

Homeguard animation didn't go away after taking damage (was super saiyan the whole game).

It showed light 'em up; but every time given the option to swap it; it showed the tooltip info for firecracker.

It also was acting as firecracker in game.

It also says 400 health; but its really 15 movement speed. (apologies for bad crop; had to tab out to screenshot)

Bug 1: On target dummy I was getting 5x bombs (self-destruct) with covering fire, I purchased lightning rod and it dropped to 2x bombs.
Bug 2: Self-Destruct tooltip doesn't show round total; only total.

Last season, shardholder bonus applied to Fortune. Noticed in a shardholder game didn't receive any bonus to Fortune. Is this interaction removed? Or a bug?

On Teemo I've had this issue, its not in cooldown but sometimes Shroom / poison damage doesn't trigger Trueshot.

I could be mistaken on how this is supposed to function;

Ally had nesting doll tier 2. I revived (with his assistance) and then via Nesting Doll. Unsure if ally being in nesting doll allows it to trigger a second time; or if that was a bug.

Not sure if it was either of these games; neither shows Shaco with Despoil but it could have been swapped later in the game.

Can't remember 100% which guest of honor this was; nor do I have a game ID.

It's the guest of honor that makes you ditch an augment. It had a weird interaction with an anvil that was earned at the same time. I believe it went:

1. Select Augment to ditch (red backgrounds)
2. Select Anvil (red backgrounds)

Grabbed ADAPT on a Veigar game; and my AP didn't adjust at all. Should have gotten instant 10% bump. Wouldn't be able to tell you which Veigar game, not in my match history anymore.
