Location/ beginner help Hello, I'm very new to the sport as in I've never been spearfishing yet. I bought all the gear ( pole spear, wetsuit, flippers ect.) And I was wondering what would be a good species to target/area to fish as a complete noobie. I am going in with a friend for safety and I'm a strong swimmer. I'm located in the Wollongong area. Any ideas?
