My kids birthday cake, it is a vanilla sponge, with pastry cream and cloudberry marmalade, covered in Swiss buttercream. Buttercream is not standard on a Swedish birthday cake, but kid is half Scottish and doesnt like whipped cream.

I also made cookies.
