Question for tattoo artists

At what point did yall start with all this? what i mean to say is do you have to be a early bird in drawing, sketching to be good in tattoo? or can you be a late bloomer of starting to practice properly so you get the hang of doing tattoos later down the line?

another question is, is having art skills genuinely very imp? to what extent ( i do think its really important looking at many stuffs but i feel ignorant about it)

Also how did you manage to get ur practice done, did you join a place or just bought items and started experimenting?

Im sorry i am lowk very interested, it might look like a minor biography but i just want to know when did you start, how was the process and where are you now

I know every one in their mom asks these kind of questions nowadays but i am serious about it. i am going to grad hs soon and i want to study in aus. and if i was to be honest, my situation doesnt look good at all with such high expense there w uni and living. i am aware int'll student do part time and can make high pay and all but i dont want to do smth like that unless i am forced to. I am not saying ur ideas should be perfect, just some suggestions about what i can start w low money. I want to be self sufficient and yes i am aware these businesses online or physical are also time consuming, but i would rather work hard on that.

I know many of yall fed up w the question but help a brother out. I genuinely want to do something. i feel like doing edits and video clipping and posting it on shorts and other social platform but besides that i am just lost.
