I just found this sub and would love to rant

Hello, I woke up after only sleeping an hour to rush to the bathroom because of my IBS. Tonight was a little different, the pain had me throwing up, I've had nausea before but tonight was the first night something came of it. I've had IBS since middle school and it's honestly a nightmare. I used to walk for hours to alleviate cramps and have heat packs so hot it'd leave burns on my skin. Of course nothing works but hours in the bathroom. Now that I'm an adult I have less frequent attacks but the intensity has increased. And it's not like I have a specific trigger food, I remember I once took a sip of water and had to leave school due to a flare up. I'm just supposed to deal with it though cause there is nothing to do but eat a bland diet.
