Is there a way to play a pox deck right now? Is it in any way viable?

I've been playing mtg for very long and I'd like to check out modern but i have no money to play mtgo and no wildcards to play somthing like historic on mtg arena so I was thinking: is there a site/desktop app that lets you play online for free? Kinda like YGOPro and YgoOmega for Yu-gi-oh. Thanks in advance!
