Our house in Hawks Prairie has been vacant and on the market since 2/8 of this year. We have no belongings there, and nothing but standard and inert appliances on site (range, fridge, washer, dryer, dishwasher, all new within the last year).

Our agent has shown the house occasionally, and hosted one open house. We are told the thermostat is only turned on when showing that the system works.

Our house in Olympia has been on the market since February 8 of this year. We weren't home and have had no belongings at the address since then. Nothing g plugged in.

Our real estate agent shows the house occasionally, we have had one open house. We are told the only time the thermostat is turned on is when showing that the HVAC system works.
