This void in my concrete foundation wall has been leaking when it rains really hard. Thankfully *only* when it rains really hard. My gutters get overwhelmed, and the water puddles against the foundation. My best guess is that when the wall was poured, the concrete in this area had an airbubble that wasn't vibrated out.

I've tried to remove all the loose aggregate. Anything that my long nose pliers would break loose.

My plan was to try my darndest to clean the area of the mud that has come in with the water, then force some hydraulic cement into the hole, jamming it in to try and get it to fill the crevices for the most part.

Given how long the void goes back and how far it appears it goes to the side, once I have the majority of the volume filled with hydraulic cement and it has cured, I may come back and fill the tiny cracks with a DIY Urethane crack sealing kit.

Can anyone critique my plan or advise me otherwise? I dont want to have to do this again if I can help it.
