Questioning my career move, looking for opinions.
Would you give up a higher stress, 7 on 7 off overnights job with lower wages. For a daylight/2nd rotating schedule of 5 8 hour shifts every 3rd/4th weekend with more PTO accrual. Salary at new hospital is approx 20% more.
Both similar travel ~60 miles - 1h24m one way overnights vs 1h9m one way new job
