Hi everyone,

I am currently in the market for a truck and have really fallen for this damn hurricane. I have watched many good and bad reviews, read through a few Facebook groups and have called many dealerships in my area so I can speak with service advisors and ask them how many have they seen in the shop, what for, solutions and what to avoid.

Now, for the people in this group who own one, have owned one or know of someone who has owned one, genuinely, what has it been like? I kindly ask for you to share your honest reviews. What are the issues you have gone through? If you have had any issue, what have been the causes or what do you think was the cause of your issue(s)? What was the solution to the issue?
Not to focus only on the potential problems... for those who haven't had issues, how has it been for you? What's been your favorite thing of the vehicle? How many miles have you put on your truck?

One last thing, most of the service advisors (8/10) mentioned not having seen any in the shop other than for software updates, regular maintenance or the recall. 1 service advisor was very transparent and let me know he had seen a few but didn't specify a specific problem(s) but did specify what he believes was the main cause of so many issues... 87 octane gas. He mentioned 87 will absolutely harm the engine and it is not to be taken lightly. The hurricane is meant for 89+. Just thought I'd share that finding to the community.
