i've been on and off antidepressants for a bit, started with lexapro till it didnt work anymore, went on zoloft then had to stop when i moved, and just about 2 months ago i got back on the zoloft. last apptment my psych bumped me up from 50 to 75 mg
i understand that regulating body temp becomes more difficult while on antidepressants and i recognized it a bit with feeling too cold but now (high 60°s) the heat is agonizing.
i grew up in the south so i am certainly no stranger to heat (summers reaching 100° for the win) so ive learned a couple tricks , sitting with an ice pack stuffed in my bra so i can cool off (and 2 box fans running w/ window open) but it still feels VERY hot to me.
if anybody has any advice for me i would very much appreciate it, thank you!
