Shall i switch mala .. i need some help indentifying if its test or a bad omen or signal

I have been doing the Om Bhairavai namah .. naam mantra japa 5 mala everyday for a few months now and i use a rudraksha mala for it .. i use the same mala to do the japa of Maa Tara 's naam mantra .. Om tara divyaye namah... One mala ...
Last month i started doing the 16 thursdays visesh sadhna of maa tara that was uploaded by Rajarshi Nandy ji and i follow the documents they have uploaded for nitya sadhana and this 16 thursdays sadhana ..
Main Question
My mala broke right before the guru bead .. when i was asking for permission to start the japa from bhairav baba during the nitya sadhana.. i have completed 3 thursdays before this , then i was like .. it must be the thread so i tied it up and the then the guru bead itself came out then i did the japa on my fingers and finished my nitya sadhana.. .. then retied the mala the next Thursday and finished my 16 mala jaap of the thursday sadhana ..
I just wanna know should i get a different rakt chandan mala to do the sadhana of maa tara .. or continue to use this one ... And is it a bad sign or are the energies colliding with each other.. but i pray to maa tara from tarapith and batuk Bhairav baba I've heard their energies are not that different and they are from the same family
