I just bought this controller and was setting it up with the software it comes with. I tried it with Ableton and it was working fine, so I went on and followed the guide in the software and it recommended a firmware update, so I did, and as soon as it finished It was still working great. Then I restarted my pc to finish the installation of the rest of the software, and the controller just didn't turn back on again. I tried reconnecting it, switching ports, switching cables, and even tested it in 2 different computers just to be safe, but nothing works, its just dead. The screen and lights don't turn on and my pc doesn't recognize the usb. I don't know what could have happened or what to do. Akai support told me to try some stuff but nothing worked, I'm so bummed about this, its my first controller and I could only use it for like 10 minutes.
Does anyone know what could have caused this or how to fix it?
