Lush you will never be able to quit the hard stuff without quitting the pseudo-hard stuff first.

You smoke Moke's and chase it with airplane liquor shooters daily. Multiple times a day, every day. Adam and other staff members have asked you to stop, told you to stop, and now are making fun of you for it (spoety side eyeing him, nathan changing the camera to show him etc). They want you to stop, we want you to stop.

Moke's (generally studied in younger people from 15-30) are scientifically proven to be exponentially more addictive then tobacco and weed separated. The high is like a crack high, and the withdrawals are like crack withdrawals. If you think quitting cigarettes, weed or alcohol on its own is hard. Mixing them together is exponentially harder. And we are not even touching on the hard drugs yet.

You have turned a separate weed addiction, an alcohol addiction, and a tobacco addiction into a Megatron addiction of a moke+liquor addiction. You cannot look at them as separate addictions ATP. Your internal "ritual" is to smoke the moke and down it with liquor. You cannot just smoke a green bowl without tobacco and alcohol. Try it, youll go back to mokes+liquor. That's why you really need to classify this into its merged own addiction. Coming from experience. My ritual was Mokes+3 beers. I would have 3 beers and smoke mokes until i finished the beers. By the end of the "session" it felt like i was high on crack or some shit.

My suggestion to you, coming from someone who was addicted to mokes for 6 years and found it almost impossible to quit.

Start here. Throw out your bongs and never buy one again. If you are unable to do that, then you need to have an extremely strict rule that no tobacco can ever touch your bongs again. Only green. Id say though just get rid of every single bong.

Once youve eliminated the moke habit after a bit, the next step is the alcohol.

If you can quit your Moke addiction, and turn drinking from fiend airplane shots at inappropriate times throughout the whole day, to maybe 3-4 beers a day MAX for alcohol.

You will feel AMAZING at your progress, your health will get alot more noticeably better, and you will feel more motivated to continue your journey into eliminating alcohol completely and hard drugs.

I can promise you though, until you kick the moke habit, you will not be able to kick the harder drugs. Scientists havent even studied the effect of Mokes well on people past 30 years old. This is normally a 15-30 y/o habit. People usually smoke mokes in school/college. Being addicted to them at 50 is uncharted territory for research. Heres some of the science on it, and keep in mind this for younger people. So as a 50 year old, everything gets worse.

I could keep going but id be here all day. This is coming from experience, and hours and hours of research on the subject for when i was quitting. Start with the mokes, then alcohol, then hard drugs, then weed (completely by itself) if you really want to.

I Deleted my reddit account that i use on my phone (IOS). Ive been spending way too much time hunched over my phone and i keep redownloading reddit app so i just deleted my account so i wouldnt be tempted.

I thought the posts and comments would stay under [deleted] as they always have and say they would be on reddithelp page. I made a lot of video edits i thought would stay in the subs i posted them in.

But after an hour after deleting my iphone reddit account, all posts and comments were gone. I checked across multiple subs i posted in and same result in all of them. Reddithelp says: "Any posts or comments you made from your deleted account stay on Reddit, but people can’t see who they came from."

So

a) I was hoping to know if anyone knows why this happened? I searched everywhere and every place says my posts and comments should stay up under [deleted]

b) is there any way to bring them back under [deleted]? I feel really bad for my edits being wiped across the communities i was participating in.

The whole purpose of choosing to delete was so that they would stay there and i wouldnt be tempted to log back in. This really sucks theyre gone, hopefully its a glitch or something.

I have this marked as possible reddit bug because on the reddithelp page titled "If I delete my account, what happens to my username, posts, and comments?". It specifically says this wont happen and they will stay up.
