Do dragons have a lifespan of thousands of years or just over 400? I know dragons aren't immortal, but they survive the aging process, and it actually makes them stronger as they grow. They age much slower than humans do. Dragons never show signs of old age and aren't affected by most diseases, though they can still be killed.

Acnologia, Irene, and the Six Dragon Gods have all survived for over 400 years. I miss Igneel so much; I especially love his human form. He looks like he's in his prime—so ancient, yet he still appears young.
