Is that normal or is something wrong? I feed it 1:1:1 every morning and just fed it. Now it smells very good, like sourdough bread. Do I need to adjust anything or just keep going through the process of 1:1:1 feedings? It did double on day 2 but hasn’t since. House is between 72-74 and feeding it 50/50 KA bread flour and whole wheat flour.
