I find this unreasonably aggravating.

I find this unreasonably aggravating.

I know, I know, I must activate the ticket before I get on board… I’m a monthly ticket holder, but occasionally I have to board one stop further up from my home station and so I buy a single ticket to bridge the gap. And so sometimes I forget to activate it right away…

I just hate the accusatory tone from a business that I use twice a day, 5 days a week minimum.

The ticket already expires at 4am, the whole activation thing seems pointless. At this point, just have us swipe in at the stations and get rid of the guards. It’s all completely unnecessary.

Like I say, unreasonably aggravating from MTA! Makes me, as an otherwise contented passenger, say “screw you guys” every time I open the app.
