Hi Folks,

Hope everyone is doing well.

I’m starting my own tax practice. The intention is to be very small and something to do on the side.

Should I get an attorney to check over my engagement letter template? I plan on using the AICPA template. Because this is such a widely used template, would there be any benefit from having an attorney review it?

Your advice would be very helpful for me.
