Hi! I am sending this question to my doctor as well, but have gotten myself slightly worried about timing for my FET. I have PCOS but usually ovulate regularly. Last month I did a natural cycle transfer that didn't implant at all. We monitored on CD 10 (LH: 16.1, E: 244, Prog: .337), I triggered on a Thursday night (CD 11, LH: 56.6, E: 245, Prog: .810), my temperature showed a rise on Saturday (CD 13) and we transferred the next Wednesday (CD 17).
This cycle my ovulation seemed delayed so my temperatures were wonkier. On CD 10, LH: 28.7, E:43, Prog: .255. This continued on CD 12, 14 and 16 with my LH bouncing around. Starting CD 16 I took Letrozole from CD 16 to 20. On CD 20 I had a 14mm follicle (plus a bunch of 12s). On CD 22, Sunday, I had an 18mm follicle, LH: 24, E: 267, Prog: 0.726. On CD 23, Monday, I had a 21mm follicle, LH: 23.4, E: 313, Prog: 1.05, and I triggered that evening. I started progesterone supplementation this morning (CD 26).
According to fertility friend, it thinks I ovulated Monday, because my temperature was up very very slightly over the cover line Tuesday, then clearly up Wednesday and Thursday. My oura ring is crazy and saying I ovulated Saturday but has my temperature over its cover line starting Wednesday. So it seems like I ovulated either Monday or Tuesday maybe?
Transfer is scheduled on Sunday and I'm sort of worried now thats a bit late? Anyone have any experience with this?
