Living in Excel forever but our reporting is getting messy and stakeholders keep asking for dashboards that look presentable, not just pivot tables. Tried Tableau and it feels like overkill, Power BI is on the table but I've heard mixed things... mainly just need it for budget tracking, variance reports and monthly exec decks. What are finance teams your size actually using for this?
