For context, there are infected bites on the second picture that I have received antibiotics for. On the back side of my other ankle there is a group of around 5 bites that are a bit bigger. As well as this after the first ones got infected I broke out in hives and I got steroids to take care of that. They seem to appear overnight but are only on my ankles even though I sleep shirtless. I do own pets and I have a cat that sleeps in my room with me. My main thoughts are that is could be bedbugs(however, supposedly I would have bites everywhere if it was bedbugs) or fleas but any help would be appreciated.
