Took it straight out of the box and once every rotation it thumps and you can actually se the metal bumping in the right side. Anything I can to to make it an easy fix?

The handle for the hot side on the washer and dryer is leaking. Is there anything I can do to help it or do I need to completely replace it? Thank you.
