Always wanted a max medic hangar, now i can use one!

Ive bought this registeel from a not very visited card store, but registeel is my favorite pokemon, i was wondering if this was real!,thank you for any answers!

I wonder if this gear is still usable, i know theirs ammits and vectors everywhere, but i wondering if i can use this hanger in masters maybe?

Im Curious to see which ultimate players would like to have, considering they add a new gimmicks to there usual counterparts
