What are low calories foods or something that make you feel full.
I know jello cups or kale can easily fill you up while also being relativity low calorie, but I’m wondering if there are any other foods or snacks that are good for deiting, I heard potatoes are low Cal for their size but it’s not as easy to prepare and the seasoning used for it isn’t as good for weight loss. I’m just constantly low energy if I’m ever hungry and I need energy for school and work so it’s easy if I’m not as hungry without gaining or seeing no progress in my weight. Thanks for anything that can help me out, I’m pretty new to this so sorry if I’m just spewing false information
