tldr: were looking to buy this Mazda 3 2013/4, the price is great, overall interior, exterior and engine condition is okay but there is a patch of rust that the seller was open about and is willing to negotiate on. My question is, even if that is worth fixing, isn‘t it just a first mark of a future problems?
