My goal for May was to complete just 6 walking workouts. I average 4-5 walks per week, sometimes I do a morning walk and an afternoon walk. 6 for a month felt comical. Last month’s challenge was 14 HIIT workouts and it took me most of the month to complete. I’ll take the May award, but I’d like some challenge. Anyone else have an uncharacteristically “easy” month?
