I just got a 5m pro and this happen does anybody know what I can do to fix the issue!?!? The filament is stuck in the top I have taken .04 off and unclogged but it will not come out of the top I’ve tried needle nose and the lil gear in the video seems to not want to turn either I need help asap please!!!
