Exercice routines?
Hey everyone, it's been 8 months since I started in a small local club (no coach but we train together and we help each other). I get good scores on an average basis when I train and also have my own equipment (bow and arrows) but sometimes I feel like, due to fatigue, i stop being so consistent and accurate.
I started to go more to the gym to get the proper endurance and sometimes when I workout and shoot on the same day, it backfires and I'll be also not so accurate.
Any tips on how should I workout to have more endurance and consistent with my technique?
