Grew up where there was always a neighbor/uncle/coworker making a creepy comment about a female, could've been an underaged girl, movie star, soccer mom, etc. Feel like it's happening less, was that mainly a boomer thing that younger generations stopped doing?

Hi all, I am teaching in a college graduate program in the healthcare field. I'm noticing how the Gen Z learners at the top of the class are as bright as ever, but the bottom quartile are ROUGH. I've never seen a standard deviation this big on exams before. It seems like they really need things spelled out for them, what else worked for you?
