Disposable vapes reliable?

What brands of disposable live rosin / full spectrum vapes are reliable in Ohio?

I’m think about trying one out but have only had experience with disposable nicotine vapes which were notoriously unreliable. I’d like to find a reliable brand and then I’ll pick a strain. Let me know your thoughts.

Picked up this little guy on sale from a nursery a couple weeks ago. It was bone dry when I brought him home so I soaked him but haven’t watered again yet. I noticed the discoloration when I bought it and a few leaves have shriveled up and died like the one in the upper left hand corner. Any advice?
