Hello Ren'Py community! Some time ago I published my visual novel on the Play Store. The thing is, I received a recommendation saying to "Remove the restrictions on changing the size and orientation to make it compatible with large-screen devices," and they also showed me a code related to the problem. The issue is, I don't know where to remove these restrictions, or in which specific part of Ren'Py. I would greatly appreciate it if you could tell me where I could find this information. (I also wanted to mention that I have a bug: when you exit the application, leave it running in a background window, or turn off the device and then reopen it, the game screen goes black and becomes unresponsive. I suspect it might be related to the first issue I mentioned, but I'd prefer to look into the other one first.)
