Rate my routine

Made a quick PPL routine with a core day and I am trying to go heavy for my compound lifts. Any critique would be nice. Trying to keep the workout under 40 mins each time a little bit over is ok.

For core I’m also trying to do more weighted core stuff instead of the usual basic situps and crunches i would do. Also first time I added Farmers carry and overhead carries.
