What are ways we can build up to my dog eventually going to the dr with me?

I have a disability that causes one of my legs to not be able to hold weight half of the time so it would be nice for my sdit to work up to coming with me in a medical setting. I say she is still in training but according to the ada she is a full fledged service dog because she is focused on me and has more than 2 tasks I choose to keep her in training because she isn't up to my standards yet.

We have not started any weight bearing tasks but she does help me with balance we will not start any sort of weight bearing until she is 3 and cleared to do so and she is 2 right now

My great Dane still has separation anxiety even after months of training

My great Dane has seperaton anxiety and it's hard to work on it because fil lets her out of her crate when she cries. We have worked on it up to 30 minutes but then after that if we are gone she howls and cries I think the 30 minutes is because of her Kong. How do I get her to be okay with being alone for longer at this point.
