ceiling mount retractable hardwired charging?
I'm looking at getting a new BZ, and trying to think through ownership and specifically level 2 charging. I have a two car detached garage, with the electric panel on the left side of the garage and no existing 240v outlets. I would park the BZ in the left side parking spot as the only EV and the existing hybrid Prius in the right hand parking spot. I'm thinking a new hard wired 240v circuit from a new breaker in the electric panel, going up through the ceiling and then over to about the middle and front of the garage ceiling. The charging cable would be retractable, and could drop down to the front right of the BZ in the left side parking spot for charging, then retract out of the way when charging is completed. I'm having trouble finding information about this kind of setup and would appreciate any input from those of you with experience with the BZ.
