Anybody know how to change / replace your rewards card on the app?
I’ve still got rewards plus on my account on the app, which doesn’t work anymore since my termination - How do you revert from plus / replace the card on the account?
I’ve asked multiple employees and obviously they’d just tell me that I gotta contact HQ or whatever. I’ve been sent a new card that I didn’t need and no way to actually add that card onto my account.
I personally don’t carry my wallet anywhere anymore so Woolworths has lost me as a customer unless I get my card fixed.
