Hi everyone,

I received my Letter of Intent (LOI) from Capgemini around Nov–Dec 2025 during Semester 7 placements.

Right now I’m in Semester 8 (Mumbai University), and our final exams will finish after May 2026. I wanted to ask seniors or anyone who previously joined Capgemini through campus placements:

• When do they usually send the actual Offer Letter after the LOI?
• What is the general process after graduation?
• Do they ask for document verification immediately after exams/results?
• Approximately how much time does it take from Offer Letter → onboarding → training phase?
• Is there usually a long waiting period (“on bench before onboarding”) for freshers?

I’ve heard timelines can vary a lot, so I wanted to understand realistic expectations from people who already went through the process recently.

Would really appreciate if 2024/2025/2026 batch hires could share their timelines and experiences.
