Any decent offshore fishing spots and/or river bank at Merrimack river in central NH/Concord?
Looking for public areas and abounding any possible trespassing and also avoiding any area frequented by homeless or drug users. I just want to fish and not be bothered by anyone. No kayaking. Fly fishing for anything just want to catch fish and practice my casting.
