Need help finding shoes/pants for work

I’m over-thinking this and I know it, but I need help. I’m 36 and work in a “men’s” field (military adjacen) and I’m the only woman on the team, and the youngest woman on the team. I wear a polo to work, and can sometimes get away with jeans but should be wearing somewhat nicer pants. No shorts, no open toe shoes. The men I work with wear polos and khaki or cargo pants, but there isn’t a women’s equivalent to cargo pants that also look professional (that I can find). Also, I’m VERY cognizant of not trying to look “sexy” in any way shape or form which is why I worry about the shoes. My coworkers can wear tennis shoes or boots and it’s fine, but I find tennis shoes too clunky for my (usually) skinny pants, and boots look too “sexy” or like im trying too hard. Right now I have a pair of sketchers go-walk loafer that I LOVE and they work most of the time, but if there is a teeny tiny hint of water on the ground my feet are instantly soaked so they don’t work all the time.
