When are undead armies worth it? Are they OP?
In the new update, undead are available to pretty much everyone, and they seem kind of good. Obviously, some racial militaries are cooler and more flavorful for your nation, but aren't they often gonna be the best option? Especially if you go all the way with all three tiers? Like, I'm doing a Yassa -> 333rd empire run because Insyaa doesn't have missions yet, and I'm looking at my racial military with mostly naval bonuses and thinking surely this is a straight upgrade. But the discipline penalty is significant, and I don't know what pips the units get, if that makes a big difference. And there's a slight penalty to mana regen, but I mostly just use spare mana to dump into guidance. Looking at it from this point of view, wouldn't undead armies be best for most nations?
