How bad was the adjustment period when you first started wearing lenses? I just got mine in today and it became pretty rough after 20-30 minutes in terms of dizziness and mild nausea.
I am wondering if my eye doctor didn’t have the equipment and tools needed to properly prescribe the prism strength. I have seen some clips on Facebook of some sophisticated tests that track the eyes more so than he did with me.
For context, I have a 3 base out prescription in both eyes. He said I had pretty bad esophoria. I am debating on whether I should go to a neuro ophthalmologist 2+ hours away to confirm the findings/prescription. Symptoms are headache, neck pain, anxiety, mild dizziness, difficulty reading and eye strain on computer or phone.
