I feel like my damage should be higher at level of investment- thoughts?

I’ve got C1R1 Varka, with Durin/Faruzan/Bennett, and I wanna make sure I’m ready for next patch. Bennett and Faruzan getting the axe for Nicole and Prune, but I wanted to make sure my team is ready for when I add them. At the level of investment I’ve got, I feel like my damage should be higher. Am I crazy? What’s the next step to improve the team? Any advice would be appreciated, and I’ll see about posting the rotation as well.
