EDIT: HOLY FUCK IT WAS THE DUMBEST THING. The fucking Windows Security pop ups I had been ignoring (because those always make noise whenever you do anything new). Controlled folder access nonsense, just had to select Allow. I feel stupid lol. Guess I'll leave this up if anyone in the future finds it useful.

I've been digging through guides for like an hour now and can't figure this out. I've got all the necessary files from the archive and selected in xemu's settings. ROMs are from the site that rhymes with Pimms (idk how secretive that is here). I thought those were supposed to be ready to go.

Closest I can tell is that the ROMs are "(GAME NAME).xiso.iso" and maybe that's the issue? So tried just deleting the .iso off, but that didn't work. Tried xiso.antangelo.com, but all that does make it "(GAME NAME).xiso.xiso.iso" and still close xemu, so I guess it was fine to begin with.

If I get an error message it's the attached image, otherwise xemu just closes with no message. Tried switching between Vulkan and OpenGL, reset to default xemu settings. Turned of Threaded Optimization in Nvidia Control Panel.

I'm not a super computer savvy person, but I can usually find and follow guides for my issues. Every guide or solution I try hasn't worked even though I follow the exact steps.

Does this found familiar to anyone? What's worked for people? If I need ROMs from another source, you can message me privately.

Like imagine a grizzly bear attacking an Abrams. Make it Cocaine Bear if you like. It's doing fuck all to a tank.

Why do these little shits NEED to be able to damage vehicles? I'll give them the FRV's tires, but mechs and tanks? Let us stroll/drive through a swarm laughing, focusing on the larger threats.

Durable damage is absolute madness.
